<p>Sophie Rowan is a qualified business psychologist with 15 years experience in the field of Coaching and Career Development. An experienced coach and trainer, Sophie has undertaken ongoing professional development as a coach and business psychologist. She is trained to an advanced level in a number of psychometric profiling tools and uses the Hogan suite and the BarOn EQi as a basis for many of her assessments and coaching programmes.</p>
<p>Sopie wrote ‘Happy at Work – Ten Steps to Ultimate Job Satisfaction’ which was published by Prentice Hall in 2008. On account it’s Amazon best seller listing it has recenlty been translated into three other languages.</p>
