John is an experienced occupational psychologist who 10 years experience of helping individuals change their career and working with organisations to identify and develop their talent.
Applying psychometrics to the selection and development of employees, particularly those working in pressurised scenarios has been a significant feature of his consultancy work.  He has also designed and managed specific recruitment / selection processes for a range of high profile CEO and senior management positions. He provides redundancy support services in the case of both downsizing and business closures.
